Keystone is a newly built chalet located on the main street of Dinner Plain Alpine Village. With three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms. The main full bathroom is equipped with a sauna. This stunning self contained chalet sleeps maximum of ten people. This property is very well suited for families with plenty of room along with a children’s retreat. Walking distance to the bus stop, beginners ski slope as well as the toboggan run with the nearby shops and restaurants. During summer, the tracks and trails are nearby for hikers and mountain bikers. Parking for two vehicles on site. Heating in all bedrooms as well as the slow combustion unit in the lounge area. Winter Low 2025: From 31 August to 4 October minimum 2 night stay $1400.00 per night

Summer 2025/2026: From 5 October to 2 April and 7 April to 7 June minimum 2 night stay $1075.00 per night.

Cancellations: Written notice of cancellation thirty days or more prior to arrival will incur a fee of 10% of total tariff. The balance of monies paid will be refunded. If less than thirty days notice is given no monies will be refunded unless the property can be re-booked. We recommend that you take travel insurance to cover against cancelation penalties due to involuntary cancelation. If cancelling due to Covid 19 there is a $100 administration with held.

Deposit: Deposit of 50% of total tariff is required within fourteen days of booking unless booking is made within thirty days of arrival then full payment is required on booking. Where deposit is unpaid after fourteen days, DPAMS reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. For Easter, Christmas, New Years, and the winter ski season, deposit of $400.00 is to be paid upon booking. Security Deposit: The person making the reservation and paying the require tariff to DPAMS is deemed responsible for care and security of the property during the period of their stay in the property. A security bond to paid prior to arrival with DPAMS prior to or on key collection. Any loss/damage to property and or fittings, excessive cleaning in accordance with cleaning time frames and or late checkout funds will used from bond. Welcome to Gotham, located in Geebung Road, backing onto reserve. This chalet has it all! If you are looking for an indulgent romantic getaway for two, a luxury break, with a group of friends or a chalet for your family and extended family up to eleven, Gotham can cater to all requirements. There are lovely views and a large, top of the range, outdoor spa on the deck allowing you to soak up all the Victorian High Country has to offer.

The ‘great room’ has triple height ceiling, a large stone open, fireplace and is the perfect place for lounging, watching movies (either using streaming services or from the extensive DVD collection), toasting marshmallows, reading or playing board games. The large dining table can seat ten comfortably and the gourmet kitchen, with a beautiful Italian granite bench top, is exceptionally well equipped and includes a coffee machine and break maker (so bring along your favorite beans and bread mix).

The master bedroom is upstairs and overlooks the ‘great room’, it is luxurious and spacious, with a king bed, a cozy lounge, desk, a television/DVD player and an ensuite with heated towel rails. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and is a cozy space with a television/DVD player and is located across the hall from the kids retreat. The retreat is fantastic as it contains 1 tri bunk and 1 single bunk set, a lounge (which is also a sofa bed with an innerspring mattress), a TV, games console including DVD player, games and books.

This spacious retreat offers a second living area and play area, allowing Gotham to cater to the entertainment needs of all guests. Baby equipment is also provided for our smallest guests at no extra charge and includes a port-a-cot, two highchairs and a baby bath. The main bathroom, also with heated towel rails, is on this level and contains concealed laundry facilities. A drying room is across the hall which leads to the garage where firewood is stored for the open fireplace.

Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcomed at Gotham. There is a dog door onto the secure deck allowing your dog to enjoy the indoors and outdoors. So please feel free to include your furry family member in your holiday plans. Please note there is a $50 fee per dog. No more than two please.

Gotham has free wire-less internet access and BBQ facilities. It is equipped with solar power and solar hot water, minimizing its carbon footprint. Gotham has been fitted out with quality furniture and fixtures, the exposed timber beams and ceilings give it that wonderful and unique high-country atmosphere. Panorama

Panorama is a large three storey chalet built for family and friends in mind. Sleeping a maximum of ten people. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms all with queen beds. This floor also has a bathroom with toilet, vanity, and shower over bath. The laundry consists of a washing machine and clothes dryer and trough and a toilet. The drying room is located just at the entrance.

The middle level has all the living, with dining area and kitchen, which then goes off the large outdoor deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture overlooking the reserve. The combustion unit is cozy to sit by. There is window seating that overlooks the front deck to relax with a good book. The top level is the children’s retreat with 4 single beds. This area has a television and DVD player and a games console. The kids can relax on the bean bags. This level has an ensuite with vanity, toilet and shower.

Aosta 

Aosta will definitely be a crowd pleaser for all the family. Sleeping a maximum of 10 people. The owners have thought of everything to make your holiday enjoyable. Great open plan kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine. Comfortable living lounge area with views over the reserve and a central pot belly combustion unit. Upstairs in the children area, there is a PS2 and lots of DVD’s to watch.Some tv’s have Google Chrome cast and others you can stream. NOTE: no free to air television. Wi-fi is available too. Aosta is located in beautiful Geebung Road so it is perfect for families all year round. All you have to do is arrive and unpack your bags. Aosta is a self contained chalet.
