Whistler Lodge offers a self-contained chalet with a wood heater. A generous sized deck at the rear/side of the chalet backs onto the treed reserve in the heart of Dinner Plain with all facilities within walking distance. Sleeping a total of 8 people. This one-level chalet features three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Bedroom #1 with a queen bed, bedroom #2 with a double bed and ensuite, bedroom #3 with 2 sets of single bunks. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave oven. It has laundry facilities. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area make it cosy. Whistler Lodge is all one level, no stairs. There is enough parking for three vehicles. Tintinara is just a two minute walk from the hotels and restaurants and shops. Hotham airport is a ten minute drive and Mount Hotham ski area is 14 km away. Free wifi.

Cancellations: Written notice of cancellation thirty days or more prior to arrival will incur a fee of 10% of total tariff. The balance of monies paid will be refunded. If less than thirty days notice is given no monies will be refunded unless the property can be re-booked. We recommend that you take travel insurance to cover against cancelation penalties due to involuntary cancelation. If cancelling due to Covid 19 there is a $100 administration with held.

Deposit: Deposit of 50% of total tariff is required within fourteen days of booking unless booking is made within thirty days of arrival then full payment is required on booking. Where deposit is unpaid after fourteen days, DPAMS reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. For Easter, Christmas, New Years, and the winter ski season, deposit of $400.00 is to be paid upon booking. Security Deposit: The person making the reservation and paying the require tariff to DPAMS is deemed responsible for care and security of the property during the period of their stay in the property. A security bond to paid prior to arrival with DPAMS prior to or on key collection. Any loss/damage to property and or fittings, excessive cleaning in accordance with cleaning time frames and or late checkout funds will used from bond. Security bond will be returned upon departure providing conditions of occupation have been met. We cannot allow you access to the property unless the conditions of this clause have been met.
